It's just water under the bracelet...

Believe it or not, this is a bracelet. I bought mine on thinkgeek.com (which since then it's no longer in stock) but you can find them on their own website ([link]. Wish I had found their site first, since they make them in various other materials. This one is a 3D printed plastic of some sort. It's comfortable and was a gift from a friend and ..... well it's awesome
